Trials
Is there a free trial?
Yes, on every product. Reflections and Tools have free plans with no time limit. Reflections also offers an Executive trial of up to 30 days on the web and Android and a free first month on iPhone. Lean, Leadership, Culture and Execution have a 30-day trial.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The trial runs inside the product, nothing is charged when it ends, and you subscribe only when you decide to.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged. The paid screens lock until you subscribe, and your data stays in your account.
Plans and prices
How much does a yearly plan save?
Up to 39% compared with twelve monthly payments. The exact saving depends on the product and the store. Culture and Execution are monthly only.
Can we change our seat plan?
Yes, any time in the store. Moving up or down takes effect through the store's own subscription change.
Why do Google Play and the App Store show different prices?
Each store keeps its own price list. Both are shown on this page, and the store you buy in always shows the final price in your currency.
Teams and seats
What counts as a seat in Culture and Execution?
A person who signs in, including invitations that are still pending. Employee records you import are not seats, and people who answer Culture surveys by link never count.
How does Leadership pricing work for a company?
Each HR account has its own subscription. Employees and managers never pay: they take part through email links.
We need more than 100 users.
For Culture and Execution we work under an enterprise agreement (MSA) with its own terms and price. Contact us.
Payment and refunds
Does one subscription work on all my devices?
Yes. The subscription belongs to your STRASYS account, so it opens the product on the web, Windows, Android and iPhone when you sign in with the same account.
Can I buy on Windows or on the web?
Not inside those versions. Buy in Google Play or the App Store, then sign in on Windows or the web.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are decided by the store you paid: Google Play under its policy, Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not refund unused time, and you keep using the product until the end of the paid period.
Do I get an invoice?
The store sends the receipt for every payment. The digital audit and custom software are invoiced by us directly, in US dollars or, on request, in Turkish lira.
