Common account tasks
Deleting your account does not stop store billing. Cancel a renewing subscription in the store first; after that you can delete right away, even before the paid period ends.

Devices and sign-in
Which devices do the products run on?
iPhone and iPad (iPad runs the iPhone version in compatibility mode), Android phones and tablets with Google Chrome, Windows through the Microsoft Store, and a current Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. Culture and Execution run in Safari on iPhone and iPad until they reach the App Store.
How do I sign in?
Culture, Execution, Leadership and Lean sign in with Google, Microsoft or Apple. Executive Tools needs an account only to buy Executive. Use one account everywhere: the plan belongs to your STRASYS account, not to the device.
My plan does not show on a new device.
Sign in with the account you subscribed with and tap Restore Purchases; on the web and Windows, signing in is enough. If the plan is still missing, write to care@strasysglobal.com with the product and the device.
Trials and billing
Is there a free trial?
Reflections and Executive Tools have free plans with no time limit, and Reflections adds an Executive trial of up to 30 days on the web and Android and a free first month on iPhone. Lean and Leadership have 30 days, Culture 30 days for up to 5 users, Execution 30 days for up to 10 users once per company. No card is needed, nothing is charged when it ends, and your data stays.
How do refunds work?
The store you paid decides: Google Play under its own policy, Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not refund unused time; you keep the product until the end of the paid period. App Store subscriptions are not shared through Family Sharing.
Who counts as a user in Culture and Execution?
Everyone who signs in, pending invitations included. People who answer Culture surveys by link never count. At the limit, new invitations wait for a free place or a larger plan. Above 100 users we work under an enterprise agreement: contact us.
Data and accounts
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union, on Google Cloud in the europe-west1 region. Reflections audio is processed in the EU and deleted right after. Consent records are kept as legal proof. Detail: Privacy Policy.
How does deletion work in Culture and Execution?
Team members send a deletion request that an administrator approves. If no one with your administrator authority remains, you choose a member who takes over as super admin. If you are the only member, the company and all its data are deleted with your account.
How do I remove the sample data?
Culture, Execution and Leadership load sample data on first run; clear it with Remove sample data in Settings. Lean offers Load example process instead, which you can start or skip.
