STRASYS® is the culmination of a 20-year journey through the rigorous discipline of the Pharmaceutical sector and the chaotic speed of the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry.
Our founder, Fatih Çakır, spent two decades as an executive leader, managing P&Ls exceeding €20M and operations across MEA & EMEA. While leading transformations for global giants, he witnessed a universal paradox: Companies manage their finances, inventory, and clients with advanced digital tools, yet they leave their most valuable asset—Leadership and Talent—to static PDFs, disconnected spreadsheets, and subjective opinions.
Fatih built STRASYS® to solve the problem he lived through personally: To replace "Groundhog Day" resets with a living, data-driven Organizational Intelligence Ecosystem.
Leadership
A veteran Operations Executive and former Regional VP. Fatih has led strategic transformations across 15+ countries, managing P&Ls exceeding €20M and leading workforce operations of over 600+ staff across MEA & EMEA.
Combining his scientific background (B.Sc. Chemistry) with Lean Six Sigma expertise, he architected STRASYS® to replace subjective guesswork with mathematical precision. He now empowers organizations to build sustainable, data-driven legacies.
