STRASYS^® is the culmination of a 20-year journey through the rigorous discipline of the Pharmaceutical sector and the chaotic speed of the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry.

Our founder, Fatih Çakır, spent two decades as an executive leader, managing P&Ls exceeding €20M and operations across MEA & EMEA. While leading transformations for global giants, he witnessed a universal paradox: Companies manage their finances, inventory, and clients with advanced digital tools, yet they leave their most valuable asset, Leadership and Talent, to static PDFs, disconnected spreadsheets, and subjective opinions.
