Founder and company.
STRASYS develops management software for executives and companies. It was founded in 2025 by Victor Fatih Çakır, who designs, codes and supports every product: more than 280,000 lines of source code across the six products.

2004 ~ 2010
Pharmaceutical Foundations
Started as an analyst at Adeka Pharmaceuticals, then moved to Bayer Healthcare as a Validation Specialist. Built a scientific foundation in chemistry, quality systems, and process rigor. The pharmaceutical sector's structured discipline and regulatory precision became the DNA of everything that followed.
2010 ~ 2014
SGS: From Lab Chemist to Operations Manager
Joined SGS and scaled the chemical lab from 15 staff to 186 in 3 years. Monthly tests went from 6,000 to 80,000. Recruited and trained hundreds of lab professionals. Promoted to Operations Manager leading 350+ employees. Led a full lab relocation to a facility 7x larger, personally designing the layout. This is where the systemic gaps in talent management first became undeniable.
2014 ~ 2019
Bureau Veritas: Country Manager, Turkey
Promoted from Deputy GM to Country Manager within 3 months. Inherited an underperforming, fragmented operation. Expanded the team 5x. Led a LEED-certified lab relocation with zero service disruption. Built scalable operational systems for regional integration.
2019 ~ 2022
Regional Managing Director: Turkey, Greece & MEA
Restructured report issuance with Lean. Expanded MEA presence by opening new offices and recruiting regional talent across the Middle East and Africa. The seed of STRASYS was planted here: a growing conviction that leadership at scale was impossible without a system.
2022 ~ 2024
Vice President: MEA & EMEA Operational Excellence
Full P&L across 15+ countries spanning Turkey, UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Egypt, France, Germany, Italy, and the UK. Delivered 4 major EMEA restructuring projects. Designed and implemented an automated Individual Development & Performance system that was adopted division-wide. Built promotion pipelines of 30+ leaders. The decision to build STRASYS crystallized.
2025 ~ Present
STRASYS: Built End to End
Left the corporate world to do for other companies what I had spent two decades doing inside one: position a company digitally from A to Z, strategy, brand, software, compliance and demand, built end to end by one person. The software became the core: six standalone products, WIPO-registered and US-Copyright protected. One connected strategy, one standard.

Last corporate role: Vice President, MEA & EMEA Operational Excellence, with full P&L across 15+ countries. Today he designs, codes and supports every STRASYS product himself.
