Measurement
Is Culture just an employee survey?
No. The survey is one of seven sources. The Cultural Excellence Score combines EQ Mirror, 5S, Quality and Safety walks, the survey, the maturity radar and lean results, with equal weight. Pillars without data are left out.
How is a score calculated?
Answers use a 1 to 5 agreement scale. A group score is the average answer divided by 5, times 100. Bands are the same everywhere: 90 and above Exceptional, 80 Excellent, 70 Achieved, 60 Keep Pushing, below 60 Action Needed.
How does EQ Mirror work?
Each leader's direct reports receive a one-time link and evaluate them anonymously. The leader sees the result once at least 3 people have answered.
How does the maturity radar work?
For each site you rate six dimensions, from leadership behaviour to cultural foundation, on five levels from Ad Hoc to Optimizing, both now and as a target. Every gap can become an action.
Anonymity
How is anonymity protected?
Respondents need no account. Their answers are stored without name, email or user ID, the time is rounded to the day, and results only show for groups of 3 or more.
Do people who answer by link take a seat?
No. Seats are only for people who sign in. Respondents answer through links and never count.
Can people answer in their own language?
Questions are sent in the language the admin uses when sending, English or Turkish. Respondents cannot switch language yet.
Gemba walks and actions
How does a gemba walk work?
Pick the 5S, Quality or Safety checklist, 10 items each and editable. Rate every item 1 to 5; 3 or more passes. Each finding gets a severity and becomes an action with an owner and a 7-day default deadline. Photos cannot be attached yet.
How are actions tracked?
Planned, In Progress, Pending Approval, Completed. Only a CEO or admin approves completion, overdue actions are flagged every day, and evidence is written as text.
Does root-cause work connect to the action?
Yes. Link a 5 Whys, Fishbone, A3 or CAPA to an action, and completing the method writes the evidence onto that action.
Can we walk the floor without a connection?
Yes. Walk data is kept on the device and syncs when the connection returns.
Reporting and access
How do we compare sites over time?
Trends show up to 16 quarters, filtered by year and site, with a site-by-quarter table you can export to CSV. Home ranks every site by its composite score.
Who sees what?
Admins, the CEO and the C-suite see the whole company. Regional leaders see their region, country leaders their country, site leaders their own site.
Is there an audit trail?
Yes. It cannot be edited or deleted, and it exports to CSV.
Which industries is it built for?
Regulated, quality-driven manufacturing such as pharma, with SOP, batch record and CAPA items in the Quality checklist. The checklists can be edited for other industries.
Plans and data
How does the trial work?
30 days for up to 5 users, with no card. Invitations are limited to 50 a day during the trial and 300 a day on a paid plan.
How many employees and sites?
Up to 20,000 employee records, imported from Excel or CSV in files of up to 2,000 rows. Sites are unlimited.
Does it connect to our systems?
Not today: there is no API, SSO or SCIM. Sign-in works with Google, Microsoft or Apple.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU, kept separate for every company, with a daily backup. If the last member deletes their account, the company's data is deleted with it.
Which devices and languages?
Web, Android and Windows today; iPhone is coming soon. The interface is in English and Turkish.
